   Renew / Pay your annual support fee here.  If you have received an invoice from Crimestar Corporation for your annual support renewal, you can pay that bill online with a credit card or your verified Paypal account.
    
* Only supported customers are entitled to product updates and on-going technical support.

Customers that discontinue or fail to renew their annual product support agreement will be locked out of and prevented from using or benefiting from future product updates. In order to be fair to our continuously supported customers whose support payments fund our ongoing product development; non-supported customers that have allowed their annual product support agreement to lapse, and wish to once again be supported will be required to pay all past due fees.  Read the Crimestar Support & Maintenance Agreement here
